WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET: The picture you see is what you get. If one plate is shown, you get 1 plate. If a pair is shown, you get a pair. I don't grade the plate/s other than indicate if it's unissued, used, or professionally repainted. Please note that "unissued" does not mean "mint"; these plates are old and some will show their age by having paint scratches, minor rust, discoloraton, or other imperfections caused by years of storage and handling. If you email asking further questions about the condition, I'll try to describe the condition to the best of my ability, but ultimately you must make your decision based on the photograph.

PLACING ORDERS: If you want to purchase a plate/s, click on the link on the page with the plate/s and I'll reply to you regarding the status of the plate/s with price. If I receive two or more payments for the same plate/s, I'll accept the payment received first. If you're second, I'll most likely be able to offer you another pair of the same quality and price and post a picture for you to either approve or decline. If you want a plate that is not shown, ask me, there's a good chance that I'll have it.

PAYMENT: I prefer money orders in US $ drawn on US banks and your complete mailing address must appear on the money order; please make it clear where you want your order shipped. I also accept personal checks but you must wait until the check clears the bank before your item is shipped. Don't send cash; if you send cash and it's lost in the mail, it's your loss.

MAILING: I mail using USPS priority mail whenever possible and currently ship only to US addresses. The purchase price doesn't include sales tax, postage, or insurance. I'll notify you of the postage cost and insurance cost; if you decline insurance and the plate is lost or damaged, it's your loss and no refund will be given. If you purchase insurance and your order is lost or damaged, it's your responsibility to file a claim loss with the post office.

USE OR SUITABILITY: If your plate pair is rejected by a Texas VTR regional office for registration on your antique or classic car because of condition, you may return the plates within 30 days to obtain a refund. To qualify for this refund, the plates purchased must be a pair of unissued or professional repaint; this guarantee doesn't cover plates described as "used". See below for conditions of returns. I make no other guarantee as to your intended use.

SATISFACTION: If you're not satisfied with the condition (excluding loss or damage in mailing), I'll return the purchase price and tax less postage and insurance. You must pay for the return postage; this offer is good for 30 days from the mailing date. I'll wait for the returned item before refunding the purchase price and tax, and the plates must arrive in the same condition as sent. If the plates are lost in the return mail, it's your loss, so it's a good idea to insure your returned item.
